Return and Guarantees

Return request

In order to request a return of a product, follow these steps:

1. Download the return request form.
2. Read and follow the instructions on the form carefully.
3. Submit your return request form to info@tyresinstock.de.

Tyres in Stock will not process any requests that do not meet the requirements or that are missing information. Once your product is approved for return and gets picked up, you will receive a receipt. Hold on to this tightly until you receive a credit invoice from us. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our back office department.
